Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 can flaked coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 9" unbaked pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, add sugar, milk, flour, and butter; mix well, add coconut and
vanilla. Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 25 minutes or until firm.
