Ingredients
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 small clove of garlic
- vegetables for serving
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor, puree the peppers with yogurt, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Refrigerate until thickened- about 20 min. Serves 4, makes about 1 cup
