These can be prepared savory or sweet. Use leftover pie crust or use a prepared pie crust.

Ingredients
- assorted savory or sweet toppings such as:
- Pie crust
- grated cheese
- poppy seeds
- paprika
- sesame seeds
- cinnamon sugar
- other seasoning blends
Preparation
Step 1
Refrigerate pie crust dough until firm, about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.
Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness, and cut with a cookie cutter. Place cutouts on parchment lined baking sheets. Chill until firm, about 30 minutes. top with grated cheddar or gruyere cheese; or brush with cream and sprinkle with poppy seeds or paprika. bake until golden about 15 minutes. Transfer on parchment to a wire rack. Let cool slightly before serving.
