Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2-3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- Orange and lemon zest
- 2 sweet apples peeled, cored and grated.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except apples in food processor. Pulse until berries break down. Place in bowl and stir in apples. Chill before serving.
