Ingredients

  • 1

    pound fresh or thawed frozen cranberries

  • 1

    cup fresh orange juice

  • ½-¾

    cup sugar

  • cup fresh lemon juice

  • ½

    t cinnamon

  • 1

    t kosher salt

  • ½

    t black pepper

  • Orange and lemon zest

  • 2

    sweet apples peeled, cored and grated.

Directions

Combine all ingredients except apples in food processor. Pulse until berries break down. Place in bowl and stir in apples. Chill before serving.
