Ingredients
- Rice Paper Wrappers
- Bok Choy, sliced into thin ribbons
- Bean Sprouts
- Carrots, julienned
- Scallions, julienned
- Fresh mint, ribboned
- Shrimp steamed in water and 1 Tbls. Rooster Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place rice wrappers, one at a time, in a cake pan filled with warm water. Let sit until pliable. (about 1 minute) Too long, it will tear.
Lay flat and fill with other ingredients, roll up.
Serve with Spring Roll Dipping Sauce
