  • Rice Paper Wrappers
  • Bok Choy, sliced into thin ribbons
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Carrots, julienned
  • Scallions, julienned
  • Fresh mint, ribboned
  • Shrimp steamed in water and 1 Tbls. Rooster Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Place rice wrappers, one at a time, in a cake pan filled with warm water. Let sit until pliable. (about 1 minute) Too long, it will tear.

Lay flat and fill with other ingredients, roll up.

Serve with Spring Roll Dipping Sauce
