Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Napa
- or Savoy cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup unpeeled cubed cucumber pieces
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 2 Tablespoons fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 4 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mint and sugar; using a spoon, crush the mint leaves against the sides of the bowl. Gradually stir in the lime juice, crushing the lmint leaves again. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Press in a sieve to extract the juice, and discard mint. Slowly stir in the cream. Toss with other ingredients, cover, and chill at least 2 hours.
