Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (17 1/2 oz) peanut butter cookie mix (2 1/4 C)
  • 36 miniature peanut butter cups

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cookie mix. Roll dough into 1” balls. Place in greased mini muffin cups. Press dough evenly onto bottom and up sides of each cup. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-14 minutes. Immediately place a peanut butter cup in each cup; press down gently. Cool 10 min; remove from pan.
