Sweet And Sour Pork Balls
- 1 1/2 pounds ground ham
- 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Mix ham, graham cracker crumbs, milk, pork, and eggs together and form into balls. Place balls in greased 9- by 13-inch casserole dish.
Blend together brown sugar, water, mustard, and vinegar. Pour mixture in bottom of pan, enough to cover bottom. Bake for 30 minutes. Repeat until all balls are baked.
This recipe yields 30 to 40 small balls.
