Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- salt,pepper and paprika to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken into serving pieces.
Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika on each piece of the chicken to taste.
Saute (brown) chicken on both sides until golden brown and done over medium to medium-high heat.
Pour heavy cream on each piece of chicken and heat about one minute.
Serve
