Ingredients
- 1 package 12 oz butterscotch chips
- 1 package 12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups salted peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
LINE cookie sheets with wax paper.
IN top of double boiler, over hot water, melt chips and stir until smooth. Stir in peanuts until well coated.
DROP mixture by the teaspoonful onto waxed paper and refrigerate. After they set, put them in a container and keep them refrigerated. Makes 4 dozen.
