Spicy Chex Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 4 each boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 cups corn chex® crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350. In a freezer bag add corn chex and press until all of the corn chex are crumbs. Add onion powder, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

2. Dip each breast in a plate of the buttermilk. Then put in the bag and shake until is covered. Repeat. Transfer into a Pam coated baking dish and bake for 35-40
minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
