Five Cup Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple chunks in juice(8oz)
  • 1 can mandarin oranges (11oz), drained
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup tiny marshmallows
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans if you want

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple chunks reserving 1 tablespoon juice. In a medium bowl combine reserved juice, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, coconut, marshmallows and sour cream. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Before serving sprinkle with nuts.
