Ingredients
- 1 package rotini pasta 12 oz
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Calamata olives
- 3 ounces feta cheese
- Dressing
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
COOK pasta al dente. Drain and combine with vegetables. Toss with dressing and cheese to serve.
