Ingredients
- 2 cups corkscrew pasta cooked and drained
- 10 ounces fresh spinach torn in bite size pieces
- 2 cups chopped cooked bacon
- 1 can diced green chiles 4oz, drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black olives sliced or whole
- Dressing
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar or white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
Step 1
TOSS together first seven ingredients; cover and chill.
TO make the dressing, place ingredients in a blender and blend til smooth. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
