Overnight Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple tidbits 8oz
  • 1 can mandarin oranges 11 oz
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 package cook and serve vanilla pudding 3.5oz
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 each banana, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

DRAIN pineapple and oranges, reserving juices. Place juices in a saucepan with lemon juice and water. Stir in pudding mix. Cook and stir over medium heat until comes to a full boil. Remove from the heat and cool.

ADD pineapple, oranges and marshmallows. Fold in whipped topping and chill over night.

JUST before serving stir in sliced banana.
