Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 3 large cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T grated parmesan

Step 1
Heat oven to 450. Combine cauliflower and garlic in zip lock bag. Drizzle in oil, lemon juice, salt and paper. Poor onto cookie sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes stirring once. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
