- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt, and oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub the roast with the olive oil. Combine the spices, and rub over the roast. Place roast in a shallow baking dish or pan, fat side up. Bake 20 minutes for each pound that the roast weighs.
