    Tablespoon olive oil

    teaspoon salt, and oregano

  • 1/2

    teaspoon garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Rub the roast with the olive oil. Combine the spices, and rub over the roast. Place roast in a shallow baking dish or pan, fat side up. Bake 20 minutes for each pound that the roast weighs.
