Hot Artichoke Crostini


This is an excellent, easy appetizer. Creamy, melty artichoke topping on a crunchy toasted bread slice.

  • Garnishes (optional):
  • 1 baguette; cut 1/4" - 1/2 " slices
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 c Parmesan; grated
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts; drained & chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic; minced
  • green onions; chopped
  • tomatoes; chopped


Servings 36


Step 1

Place bread slices on foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

Combine mayonnaise, cheese, artichokes and garlic; spread on bread.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Garnish, if desired, and serve immediately
