Creamed Chipped Beef

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 package dried beef
  • 4-5 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 qt. of milk
  • Worchestershire sauce
  • Parsley
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

melt butter. Cut beef into small pieces and frizzle in butter. Add flour and mix to absorb the butter. Add milk slowly while stirring constantly until thick. If you need to reheat add a little milk. Serve over, toast, buscuits or fried potatoes.
