Healthy Ceasar Pita Pockets

Ingredients

  • 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 6 oz. (2/3 of 9-oz. pkg.) Shaved Smoked Turkey Breast, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup drained roasted red pepper strips
  • 1/2 Cucumber, diced
  • 1 Tomato, Seeded and chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Lo-Fat Caesar Dressing
  • 4 pita breads, warmed, cut in half
