Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • One pizza crust - premade or made according to package directions but not baked - prepare deep lip
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 C skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 C shredded mozarella cheese
  • Bacon, sausage, hamburger as desired

Preparation

Step 1

- Beat eggs, milk, mustard, pepper and carefully pour into crust
- Sprinkle cheese and any other toppings
- Cook at 425 degrees about 15 min.until set and crust is done
