Ingredients
- Potatoes:
- 2 lbs. baby red potatoes
- Olive oil
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Steak marinade:
- 20 oz. Guiness
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oregeno
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp. parsley (fresh)
- salt and pepper
- 5 Tbsp. worceshire
- 1/4 cup onion
- 5 tsp. Dijon

Preparation
Step 1
Potatoes:
Mix in aluminum foil then place on the grill (10-15 minutes)
Steak: Mix ingredient and place in a freezer bag or large bowl. Add the steaks and marinade for up to 24 hours. Then grill for 5-10 minutes.
