Ingredients
- 1 piecrust
- 2 large eggs
- 1 15 oz. can of pumpkin puree
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Set oven rack to lowest position and heat to 350'. Place the pie plate on a foil-lined baking sheet. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, cream and maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, salt and cloves. Pour the mixture into the crust and bake until center is set 60-70 mins. Let cool to room temperature.
