Ingredients
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 8-10 finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- salt
- pepper
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 3 sliced scallions
Preparation
Step 1
In large, heavy skillet, heat EVOO over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until light golden, approx 8 minutes. Crumble pork into pan and season with s&p. Increase heat to medium-high and cook 3-4min until pork is just barely pink. Mix in rice, gently press into bottom, and cook approx 5 min until bottom is lightly toasted. Break up with spatula and cook until heated through, approx 2-3 minutes. stir in scallions
