Ingredients
- 1 Package wide egg noodles
- 1.5 lbs. ground beef or turkey
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1.5 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 3.5 oz package sliced pepperoni, halved
- 3 c. shredded mozzerella cheese
- 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook meat and onion over medium heat until meat isn't pink. drain. stir in spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and italian seasoning. Drain noodles. In crock pot, coat with cooking spray. Spread 1/3 of meat sauce Cover with a 1/3 of the pepperoni, and noodles. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheeses. Repeat layers twice. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
