Ingredients
- 1 cup polenta
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 2 Tbs butter

Preparation
Step 1
Put polenta in pan, with 4 cups water and 1 cup milk. Cook slowly stirring, until mixed and thickened.
Add 2 Tbs butter. parmesan, salt and pepper,and sprinkle with chopped parsley to serve.
