Brunch Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 1/2 # sausage, browned & drained
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 3 C. milk
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Tear bread into bite-size pieces and place in greased 9x13-inch pan. Crumble sausage on top of bread. Sprinkle cheese. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, and salt and pepper. Pour evenly over sausage. Let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
