Vegetable Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread, cubed
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. onion
  • Pack of California medley veggies (or any other veggies)

Preparation

Step 1

Can make night before and refrigerate

Beat eggs, milk and seasonings
Stir in bread, cheese and onion.
Pour into butter-greased baking dish (7.5×11.5)
Bake at 325 degrees, uncovered, for one hour

Opt – Brown bacon and crumble on top; sprinkle with paprika.
