Ingredients

  • 4-6 Cups fresh blueberries (or raspberries or boyenberries)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Cup soft Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar

Step 1

Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, baking powder, salt, butter, egg and suger. With hands mix. Press dough into greased pan. Stir 2 tablespoons flour into berries, bour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool and sift powdered sugar over torte.
