Ingredients
- 1/4 C low sodium soy sauce
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 T catsup
- 2 t brown sugar
- 1 t Worcestershire
- dash crushed red pepper
- 1 pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/4 kosher salt
- 16 mini bell peppers
- Cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
Place first 7 ingredients in large zip-lock bag, mixing well. Add pork. Refrigerate 1 hr, turning once.
Preheat grill to med-hi heat
Remove pork, discard marinade. Thread pork evenly onto skewers; sprinkle with salt. Thread mini peppers on separate skewers. Spray grill. Grill 3 min. on each side.
