Peppermint Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (preferrably raw)
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 T. pure vanilla extract (homemade is best!)
  • 1/4 t. peppermint extract
  • 10 drops pure Stevia extract
  • 1/8- 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • (Chocolate Variation: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cocoa power or carob powder for a delightfully refreshing chocolate twist!)

Step 1


Place all ingredients in blender. Blend thoroughly. The key to super thick and creamy ice-cream-less shakes is a lot of blending. Blend it until you think it’s done, then blend it some more!
