Directions

Cream Crisco and brown sugar. Add egg, 1 tbsp. cold water and carrots. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon. Add together ingredients. Put into well greased mold. Cover and refrigerate. Take out 2 hours ahead of time to room temp. Bake 1 hour 350 Can double and put in bundt mold.
