Pasta Salad with Tomatoes and Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pasta, any shape, cooked, drained and rinsed
  • 1 package NatureSweet® Sunbursts (yellow tomatoes) washed
  • 1 package NatureSweet® Cherubs (red tomatoes) washed
  • 1 seedless cucumber, quartered and sliced
  • 2 handfulls Earthbound Organics® Kale Italia
  • 1 bottle Marzetti® Simply Dressed® Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

In a very large bowl toss together cooked, rinsed pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and kale. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with cheese; toss to coat. Salad can be served immediately or chilled for several hours. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. Enjoy!
