Expert Tips–
Beer nuts (which don’t contain any beer) have a sweet-and-salty glaze that makes them go well with a cold beer. If you don’t care for nuts in ice cream, you can leave them out.
Dark beer provides more flavor than a lighter colored beer, but if dark beer tastes too bitter to you, use your favorite brand of beer.
To make Chocolate-Ripple Beer Ice Cream, fold 1/2 cup hot fudge topping into ice cream mixture at the same time as the beer nuts.
