Ingredients
- 2 packages of ramen noodles (cooked without flavor pack)
- 1 clove of garlic (chopped) 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups frozen shrimp
- 3 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 teaspoons plus
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In a wok, heat 3 teaspoons of sesame oil then add the chopped garlic.
Add the frozen vegetables and cook until almost defrosted.
Add the frozen shrimp and cook until defrosted.
Add 3 teaspoons of soy sauce and mix with the shrimp and vegetables.
Add the plain cooked ramen noodles to wok.
Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil.
Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Mix together and serve.
