Ingredients
- 1 No. 1 tall can shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 No. 1 tall can tiny peas, drained
- 1 No. 10 can French cut green beans, drained
- Pimento, small jar drained
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup green onions, minced
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 6 ingredients and place in a bowl.
Combine next 5 ingredients and shake well. Pour over vegetables and stir.
Let sit 1-2 days stirring occasionally
