Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 No. 1 tall can shoepeg corn, drained
  • 1 No. 1 tall can tiny peas, drained
  • 1 No. 10 can French cut green beans, drained
  • Pimento, small jar drained
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, minced
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 6 ingredients and place in a bowl.

Combine next 5 ingredients and shake well. Pour over vegetables and stir.

Let sit 1-2 days stirring occasionally
