- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 16 oz ricotta
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- Glaze
- 3 tablespoons Milk
- 1/2 cup powdered confectioner’s sugar
- 2 teaspoons anisette extract
- Glaze with lemon
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1/2 cup confectioner’s powdered sugar
