Ingredients
- 1 cup porcini mushrooms, soak in water 3 minutes
- 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
- 2 cups broccoli, steamed
- 1 cup Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup basil
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- angel hair

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil. Add garlic, onion and basil til brown. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and broccoli til brown. Add wine and allow to evaporate. Strain pasta leaving 1 cup water. Place in sauce. Mix water, Parmesan and pepper
