Ingredients

  • 1

    cup porcini mushrooms, soak in water 3 minutes

  • 1/4

    cup sundried tomatoes

  • 2

    cups broccoli, steamed

  • 1

    cup Roma tomatoes, diced

  • 1

    cup white wine

  • 1/2

    cup basil

  • 1/2

    cup green onions

  • 1

    clove garlic

  • 1

    cup Parmesan

  • 1/2

    cup olive oil

  • angel hair

Directions

Heat oil. Add garlic, onion and basil til brown. Add mushrooms, tomatoes and broccoli til brown. Add wine and allow to evaporate. Strain pasta leaving 1 cup water. Place in sauce. Mix water, Parmesan and pepper
