  • 3/4 cups flour1 package 4 oz. Jello vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 16 oz. can peaches (drain & save juice)
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup peach juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 / teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 beaten egg

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, pudding & baking powder. Mix with melted butter, milk & eggs. Pour into 8 X 8 greased baking pan. Drain and chop peaches. Put on top of batter. Cream softened cream cheese with sugar. Add peach juice. Pour on top of peaches. Sprinkle top with 1 tablespoon sugar + 1/2 teaspoon. Mix cinnamon & sugar together. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
