Ingredients

  • 1 pkg spice cake mix
  • 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
Prepare cake batter as directed on box.
Add dry pudding mix and pumpkin, mix well
Spoon into 24 lined muffin tins

Beat cream cheese until creamy, add sugar and egg until well blended.

Spoon over batter. Gently swirl with small spoon

Bake 18-21 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 5 mins
