Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients

  • QUICK AND EASY
  • 1 6 1/2 oz. can chicken or tuna
  • 4 oz. salted cashews
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 5 oz. can chow mein noodles
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredient except 1/3 can noodles. Heat in a skillet until warmed through. Sprinkle reserved noodles over top and serve. Amount: 4-6 servings.
