Ingredients
- One two layer cake mix yields 4-6 cups batter.
- Pound cake mixes yield 3-4 cups batter
- Two inch deep pans should be filled 1/2 to 2/3 full.
- This 11 x 15 inch pan takes 11 cups of batter to make one 2-inch high layer.
Preparation
Step 1
Bake @ 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
Grease and flour pan before baking. May use vegetable spray. Cool cake in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Run spatula around edge and remove cake from pan.
