Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Carapelli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lemon – juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf Italian parsley – roughly chopped
- 1 small shallot – minced
- salt/pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Into a bowl add: olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, shallot. Season with salt/pepper. Whisk to combine.
Marinate meat in mixture for no more than 30 minutes.
