CHICKEN MARCO POLO

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cut up chicken breast
  • 4 oz sliced onions
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 8 oz sherry cream sauce
  • 2 tsp dijon french mustard
  • 2 oz soy sauce
  • 4 oz broccoli
  • 4 oz veggie stock
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 drops worestershire
  • 4 oz grated cheese
  • water chestnuts
  • spinach noodles
  • almonds for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

place chicken breast in wok w/ 1/2oz hot oil
cook chicken until brown
add onions, mushrooms, broccoli, water chestnuts

stir fry until veggies are almost cooked

add cream sauce, mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, stock & worestershire
blend all ingredients for 1 min

while preparing chicken & veggies cook spinach noodles & drain

take your casserole, add hot spinach noodles & pour chicken & veggies over noodles
sprinkle grated cheese over top
melt under broiler

garnish w/ almonds
