Ingredients
- 2 T. Butter
- 2 T. Flour
- 3/4 C. Milk
- 1/2 C. Cheese, grated
- 1/2 t. Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Blend flour & butter in saucepan. Slowly add milk & cheese. After thickened, add salt & pepper.
Use for veggies or AuGratin Potatoes, etc.
