Sauce - Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 T. Butter
  • 2 T. Flour
  • 3/4 C. Milk
  • 1/2 C. Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 t. Salt & Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Blend flour & butter in saucepan. Slowly add milk & cheese. After thickened, add salt & pepper.

Use for veggies or AuGratin Potatoes, etc.
