Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp Watkins Black Pepper
  • 1 large yellow onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Watkins chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 Tbsp parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (32 ounce) container tomato juice
  • 2 (14 oz) cans chili beans

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef in large kettle with salt and pepper. Add onions and garlic; simmer until onions are translucent. Add rest of spices and Worcestershire sauce; stir well. Add tomatoes, beans and tomato juice. Simmer for 30 minutes.
